I have ordered from you three times. The first, amazing, the second, small for what I paid for and though "what changed", the last, during valentines, the flowers were spoiled! The case and presentation was nice but I was completely surprised that anyone would look at dead flowers (had spots all over them) and send it anyways. I've been meaning to reach out. I don't want to hurt your reputation given how new you are and I really loved my first arrangement, so I'll leave you feedback here.

I have ordered flowers several times from this florist and each time I am incredibly satisfied with the quality of the blooms and the arrangements. The recipients have loved the flowers and they are very efficiently delivered. The blooms last for quite some time. I cannot say enough about the quality of the arrangements and service.
